Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu oraz układu do wytwarzania odlewanych anod do zastosowania w elektrorafinacji metali. Układ obejmuje przyrząd do otrzymywania anod (8) do otrzymywania odlewanych anod oraz frezarkę (6) do obróbki nadlewów (5) odlewanych anod (1), celem uzyskania obrobionych odlewanych anod (7). Układ obejmuje przyrząd pomocniczy (9) do zawieszenia obrobionej odlewanej anody (7) z nadlewów (5) tak, aby część krawędziowa obrobionej odlewanej anody (7) wisiała swobodnie, przyrząd pomiarowy (10) do mierzenia pierwszej różnicy odległości w kierunku horyzontalnym pomiędzy punktem na pierwszej powierzchni obrobionej odlewanej anody (7) oraz pierwszym punktem odniesienia, oraz przyrząd obliczeniowy do obliczania wartości przesunięcia w formie pierwszej wartości przesunięcia obrobionej odlewanej anody (7) poprzez wykorzystanie pierwszej różnicy odległości w kierunku poziomym.
