Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania silikono-akrylanowych klejów do jednostronnych taśm samoprzylepnych, służących do łączenia ze sobą materiałów o różnej energii powierzchniowej, polegający na mieszaniu samoprzylepnego kleju silikonowego z samoprzylepnym klejem poliakrylanowym w proporcji wagowej od 1:4 do 4:1 oraz z dichloronadtlenkiem benzoilu w ilości 0,5 do 6% wagowych w stosunku do masy polimerów, następnie mieszaninę powleka się na nośnik, sieciuje termicznie. Istota wynalazku polega na tym, że stosuje się fotoreaktywny klej poliakrylanowy, który umożliwia sieciowanie pod lampą UV po usieciowaniu termicznym mieszaniny uzyskując jednostronną taśmę samoprzylepną z usieciowanym dualnie silikono-akrylanowym klejem samoprzylepnym.The subject of the application is a method for producing silicon-acrylate adhesives for one-sided adhesive tapes, used for joining together materials of different surface energy, consisting in mixing self-adhesive silicone adhesive with self-adhesive polyacrylate adhesive in a weight ratio from 1: 4 to 4: 1 and with benzoyl peroxide in an amount of 0.5 to 6% by weight based on the weight of the polymers, then the mixture is coated on the support, thermally crosslinked. The essence of the invention is that a photoreactive polyacrylate adhesive is used, which allows cross-linking under a UV lamp after thermal cross-linking of the mixture to obtain a single-sided adhesive tape with dual-crosslinked silicone-acrylate adhesive.
