Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania grafenu, który charakteryzuje się tym, że przygotowuje się roztwór wody, etanolu, wody amoniakalnej, rezorcyny, szczawianu potasu oraz formaliny, w którym stosunek potasu do węgla wynosi od 3:1 do 7:1 i poddaje go obróbce ciśnieniowej w solwotermalnym reaktorze mikrofalowym przez 5 - 60 minut, przy ciśnieniu od 1 do 5 MPa. Następnie otrzymany materiał poddaje się zwęglaniu. Zwęglanie prowadzi się w atmosferze gazu obojętnego zwiększając temperaturę o 1°C/min do temperatury 350°C, przetrzymując materiał przez 2 godziny w tej temperaturze, następnie zwiększając temperaturę o 1°C/min do temperatury 700 - 800°C i przetrzymując próbki przez 2 godziny w zadanej temperaturze, po czy materiał płucze się wodą destylowaną i suszy.The subject of the application is a method for producing graphene, which is characterized in that a solution of water, ethanol, ammonia water, resorcinol, potassium oxalate and formalin is prepared, in which the potassium to carbon ratio is from 3: 1 to 7: 1 and subjected to pressure treatment in a solvothermal microwave reactor for 5 - 60 minutes at a pressure from 1 to 5 MPa. The charring is carried out in an inert gas atmosphere by increasing the temperature by 1 ° C / min to 350 ° C, holding the material for 2 hours at this temperature, then increasing the temperature by 1 ° C / min to 700 - 800 ° C and holding the samples for 2 hours at the set temperature, after which the material is rinsed with distilled water and dried.
