Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania samoprzylepnej pasty o zwiększonej odporności termicznej, który to sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że samoprzylepny klej silikonowy zawierający związek sieciujący, reagujący w temperaturze powyżej 100°C, miesza się z kaolinem w ilości od 1 do 10% wagowych w odniesieniu do suchej masy kleju silikonowego, następnie po homogenizacji kompozycję poddaje się sezonowaniu od 30 do 90 dni i tak otrzymaną pastę nanosi się na nośnik i sieciuje się termicznie, wytwarzając warstwę usieciowanej pasty o gramaturze od 15 do 150 g/m2. Pastę sieciuje się w czasie od 8 do 20 minut i w temperaturze od 100°C do 150°C.The subject of the application is a method for producing a self-adhesive paste with increased thermal resistance, which method is characterized in that the self-adhesive silicone adhesive containing a cross-linking compound, reacting at a temperature above 100 ° C, is mixed with kaolin in an amount of 1 to 10% by weight with respect to dry weight of silicone adhesive, then after homogenization the composition is subjected to seasoning for 30 to 90 days and the paste thus obtained is applied to the carrier and thermally crosslinked, producing a layer of crosslinked paste with a basis weight of 15 to 150 g / m2. The paste is crosslinked for 8 to 20 minutes and at a temperature of 100 ° C to 150 ° C.
