Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób klejenia kartek produktów poligraficznych, zwłaszcza oprawy klejonej. Sposób klejenia kartek produktów poligraficznych polega na zastosowaniu w jednym procesie klejenia kartek produktu poligraficznego dwóch różnych klejów termotopliwych. Kleje te są nakładane na grzbiety kartek produktów poligraficznych kolejno po sobie w bardzo krótkich odstępach czasu. Pierwszym nakładanym klejem na blok kartek przeznaczonych do sklejenia jest jednoskładnikowy klej poliuretanowy, stanowiący prepolimer poliuretanu z grupami izocyjanianowymi, który jest nakładany cienką warstwą o grubości 0,1 mm do 0,2 mm, po czym natychmiast na cienką warstwę nałożonego wcześniej jednoskładnikowego kleju poliuretanowego jest nakładana grubsza warstwa kleju termotopliwego typu EVA hotmelt o grubości od 0,3 mm do 0,8 mm.The subject of the application is a method of gluing sheets of printed products, especially glued binding. The method of gluing printed product sheets consists of using two different hot melt glues in one process of gluing printed product sheets. The first adhesive applied to a block of cards to be glued is a one-component polyurethane adhesive, which is a polyurethane prepolymer with isocyanate groups, which is applied in a thin layer of 0.1 mm to 0.2 mm thick, then immediately on the thin layer of previously applied one-component polyurethane adhesive applied a thicker layer of EVA hotmelt hot melt adhesive from 0.3 mm to 0.8 mm thick.
