Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania wzmocnionych płyt drewnopochodnych z płyt wiórowych lub z płyt MDF lub z płyt OSB lub ze sklejki lub innego rodzaju płyt warstwowych z drewna lub wiórów i włókien drzewnych, wytworzonych w znany sposób oraz warstwy wzmacniającej, charakteryzuje się tym, że płyty poddaje się procesowi wzmacniania poprzez dodanie co najmniej jednej warstwy wzmacniającej z włókien ciągłych, wytworzonych z celulozy metodą wiskozową lub przy użyciu tlenku n-n metylomorfoliny lub ze szkła, przy czym włókna te przed złączeniem z płytą drewnopochodną poddaje się wstępnemu naprężeniu w zakresie od 5 do 90%, korzystnie 10 do 50% wytrzymałości na zrywanie tych włókien i w stanie naprężonym zespala się z co najmniej jedną zewnętrzną powierzchnią płyty drewnopochodnej, przy użyciu spoiwa utwardzanego chemicznie i lub termicznie lub wiążącego w procesie fizykochemicznym, a spoiwo nakłada się na rdzeń płyty i lub włókna i całość poddaje się obróbce łączenia w znany sposób ciągły w liniach technologicznych, wyposażonych w gorące prasy wałowe lub gorące prasy taśmowe o działaniu ciągłym. Spoiwo wykonane jest z żywicy kondensacyjnej aminowo formaldehydowej modyfikowanej środkami uelastyczniającymi, korzystnie eteryfikowanymi żywicami melaminowymi i lub dyspersjami akrylowymi lub lateksem butadienowo styrenowym lub dyspersjami polioctanowinylowymi, dodawanym w ilości 10 do 50% wagowych. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest też płyta drewnopochodna, która charakteryzuje się tym, że warstwę wzmacniającą stanowią włókna ciągłe, wytworzone ze szkła lub celulozy, przy czym włókna te są naprężone w zakresie od 5 do 90%, korzystnie 10 do 50% wytrzymałości na zrywanie tych włókien i w stanie naprężonym zespolone z co najmniej jedną zewnętrzną powierzchnią płyty drewnopochodnej, przy użyciu spoiwa utwardzanego chemicznie i lub termicznie i lub wiążącego w procesie fizykochemicznym. Spoiwo stanowi żywica kondensacyjna aminowo formaldehydowa, modyfikowana środkami uelastyczniającymi, korzystnie eteryfikowanymi żywicami melaminowymi i lub dyspersjami akrylowymi lub lateksem butadienowo styrenowym lub dyspersjami polioctanowinylowymi, dodawanym w ilości 10 do 50% wagowych.The subject of the application is a method of producing reinforced wood-based panels from chipboards or from MDF boards or from OSB boards or from plywood or other type of sandwich panels from wood or chips and wood fibers, produced in a known manner and a reinforcing layer, characterized by the fact that the boards are subjected to reinforcing process by adding at least one reinforcing layer of filaments made from cellulose by the viscose method or by using nn methylmorpholine oxide or glass, whereby these fibers are subjected to an initial stress in the range of 5 to 90%, before joining with a wood-based panel, preferably 10 to 50% of the tensile strength of these fibers and in a tensioned state is bonded to at least one outer surface of the wood-based board, using a chemically and / or thermally hardened binder or bonding in a physicochemical process, and the binder is applied to the core of the board and or the fibers and the whole are subjected to the treatment of joining in a known continuous manner in technological lines equipped with hot roller presses or continuous hot belt presses. The binder is made of an amine formaldehyde condensation resin modified with elasticizing agents, preferably etherified melamine resins and or acrylic dispersions or styrene butadiene latex or polyacetylene vinyl dispersions, added in an amount of 10 to 50% by weight. The subject of the application is also a wood-based panel, which is characterized in that the reinforcing layer consists of filaments made of glass or cellulose, the fibers being stretched in the range of 5 to 90%, preferably 10 to 50% of the breaking strength of these fibers and under tension, bonded to at least one outer surface of a wood-based panel, using a binder chemically and / or thermally hardened and / or binding in a physicochemical process. The binder is an amino-formaldehyde condensation resin, modified with elasticizing agents, preferably etherified melamine resins and or acrylic dispersions or styrene butadiene latex or polyacetylvinyl dispersions, added in an amount of 10 to 50% by weight.
