Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest urządzenie do kontroli powierzchni zewnętrznych i geometrii obiektów na liniach produkcyjnych, z wykorzystaniem obserwacji kołowej w pełnym zakresie obwodowym 360°. W szczególności urządzenie jest przeznaczone do automatycznej kontroli jakości kontrolowanego obiektu (2) to jest zamknięć opakowań na ciecze, takich jak m.in. nakrętki, kapsle, korki. Urządzenie ma kamerę cyfrową (7) z obiektywem (6) oraz umieszczone w obudowie (4) oświetlacz (5) i parę zwierciadeł (3.1, 3.2), usytuowanych tak, że ich dolna krawędź znajduje się poniżej badanego obiektu (2), który przez otwór w obudowie przemieszcza się między tymi zwierciadłami, wraz z pojemnikiem w trakcie jego ruchu na transporterze maszyny pakującej, a promienie odbite od zwierciadeł wyznaczają całkowity obraz badanego obiektu w pełnym zakresie.The subject of the invention is a device for controlling external surfaces and geometry of objects on production lines, using circular observation in the full 360 ° circumferential range. In particular, the device is intended for automatic quality control of the inspected object (2), i.e. closures for liquids, such as e.g. nuts, caps, corks. The device has a digital camera (7) with a lens (6) and an illuminator (5) placed in the housing (4) and a pair of mirrors (3.1, 3.2), positioned so that their lower edge is below the examined object (2), which the opening in the housing moves between these mirrors, along with the container during its movement on the packaging machine conveyor, and the rays reflected from the mirrors determine the overall image of the examined object in its full range.
