Abstract

Urządzenie do zbierania i segregowania kamieni, współpracujące z ciągnikiem rolniczym, wyposażone w ramę osadzoną na układzie jezdnym, w którym w przedniej części urządzenia znajduje się walec zgarniający i zespół napędowy walca zgarniającego, charakteryzuje się tym, że pod dyszlem zaczepowym (1) ma przedni walec zgarniający (29), a za nim symetrycznie rozmieszczone dwa rzędy walców zgarniających bocznych lewych (23 i 24)) i walców zgarniających bocznych prawych (27 i 28), przy czym do ramy (15) zamocowany jest drugi rząd walców zgarniających (24, 27), umiejscowiony za pierwszym szeregiem walców zgarniających (23, 28), a w centralnej części urządzenia znajduje się ażurowy ruszt (26) i przenośnik zgarniakowy grzebieniowy, za którym znajduje się pochyły drgający ruszt współpracujący ze zbiornikiem (11). Przenośnik zgarniakowy grzebieniowy ma zgarniaki (25), wyposażone w dodatkowy grzebień, który jest wygięty pod kątem zagięcia w stosunku do płaszczyzny górnej ażurowego rusztu (26) w kierunku tyłu urządzenia, a palce grzebienia pracują poniżej płaszczyzny ażurowego rusztu (26). Napęd na ruszt pochyły powoduje jego ruch wahadłowy, a dodatkowo pod rusztem pochyłym znajduje się wentylator, który ma dyszę wylotu powietrza skierowaną ku tyłowi urządzenia na tylną strefę rusztu pochyłego (9). Kierownica centralna (10) zamontowana jest na zbiorniku kamieni (11). Urządzenie do zbierania i segregowania kamieni, przystosowane do łączenia z ciągnikiem rolniczym, znajduje zastosowanie w szczególności do zbierania kamieni z terenów użytkowanych rolniczo, również w trudnych warunkach polowych.The device for collecting and segregating stones, cooperating with the agricultural tractor, equipped with a frame mounted on the running gear, in which in the front of the device there is a scraper roller and a scraper roller drive unit, characterized by the fact that under the drawbar (1) has a front roller scraper (29), followed by two symmetrically arranged rows of left side scraper rollers (23 and 24) and right side scraper rollers (27 and 28), with the second row of scraper rollers (24, 27 attached to the frame (15) ), located behind the first row of scraper rollers (23, 28), and in the central part of the device there is an openwork grate (26) and a comb scraper conveyor, behind which is an inclined vibrating grate cooperating with the tank (11). The scraper conveyor has scrapers (25), equipped with an additional comb, which is bent at an angle to the upper plane of the openwork grid (26) towards the rear of the device, and the fingers of the comb work below the surface of the openwork grid (26). The inclined grate drive causes its swinging motion, and additionally there is a fan under the inclined grate, which has an air outlet nozzle directed towards the back of the device to the rear zone of the inclined grate (9). The central steering wheel (10) is mounted on the stone tank (11). The device for collecting and segregating stones, adapted for connection to an agricultural tractor, is used in particular for collecting stones from agricultural areas, also in difficult field conditions.
