Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób spektrofotometrycznego oznaczania stężenia poli(chlorku diallilodimetyloamonowego) w roztworach wodnych, cechujący się dużym zakresem pomiarowym. Ilościowe oznaczanie stężenia polichlorku diallilodimetyloamonowego) wykorzystuje się w kontroli oczyszczania ścieków. Do spektrofotomerycznego oznaczania stężeń poli(chlorku dallilodimetyloamonowego) w roztworach wodnych stosuje się wodny roztwór barwnika - oranżu kwasowego II. Porcję analitu o znanej objętości miareczkuje się roztworem barwnika w temperaturze pokojowej, rejestrując w sposób ciągły absorbancję mieszaniny roztworów przy długości fali z zakresu od 475 do 495 nm. Punkt końcowy miareczkowania odczytuje się z krzywej miareczkowania na podstawie wybranej wartości absorbancji, a stężenie PDDA oblicza się z krzywej kalibracyjnej. Zachowanie proponowanych warunków pomiaru umożliwia oznaczenie stężeń PDDA w zakresie od 0,02 mmol meru/dm3 wzwyż. Metoda może być stosowana w roztworach o niskiej i średniej kwasowości oraz w roztworach obojętnych (pH od 3 do 7) bez dodatkowej korekcji odczynu, a także w roztworach o niewielkim zasoleniu.The subject of the application is a method of spectrophotometric determination of the concentration of poly (diallyldimethylammonium chloride) in aqueous solutions, characterized by a large measuring range. Quantitative determination of diallyl dimethylammonium chloride concentration is used in wastewater treatment control. For spectrophotomeric determination of poly (dallyl dimethylammonium chloride) concentrations in aqueous solutions, an aqueous dye solution - acid orange II is used. A portion of the analyte of known volume is titrated with a dye solution at room temperature, the absorbance of the solution mixture continuously recorded at a wavelength range from 475 to 495 nm. The titration endpoint is read from the titration curve based on the selected absorbance value, and the PDDA concentration is calculated from the calibration curve. Compliance with the proposed measurement conditions enables PDDA concentrations to be determined in the range of 0.02 mmol meru / dm3 upwards. The method can be used in solutions with low and medium acidity, and in neutral solutions (pH from 3 to 7) without additional correction of the pH, as well as in solutions with low salinity.
