Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach ,na których fig.l przedstawia widok obudowy z boku, fig.2 przedstawia widok obudowy z tylu, fig.3 przedstawi a widok obudowy z góry, fig.4 przedstawia obudowe w rzucie aksonometrycznym od spodu bez widoku sciany tylnej, fig.4 przedstawi a obudowe w rzucie aksonometrycznym z widokiem sciany tylnej. Obudowa okapu nadkuchennego ma ksztalt zblizony do ostroslupa scietego bez sciany podstawy z tylna sciana prostopadla do podstawy, która ma naroza sciete do wewnatrz, a przy krawedziach bocznych zaokraglone i u dolu pasy plaskie, z których jeden jest prostopadly, a drugi równolegly do sciany tylnej i ten ostatni zakonczony kolnierzem, przy czym w pasie równoleglym do sciany tylnej sa wyciecia o ksztalcie prostokata ,zas u góry sciana tylna zakonczona jest wystajacym prostokatem, którego jedna krawedz jest zaokraglona, a druga scieta .Sciany boczne u dolu sa zaokraglone z pasem pochylym zakonczonym kolnierzem, natomiast sciana przednia jest u dolu zaokraglona z pasem pochylym majacym wyciecie w ksztalcie prostokata z bokami krótszymi zaokraglonymi i prostopadlym pasem plaskim, na którym sa wyciecia w ksztalcie prostokata z krótszymi bokami zaokraglonymi, przy czym pas plaski zakonczony jest kolnierzem, zas w narozach u dolu przy wspólnych krawedziach sciany boczne i sciana przednia maja wyciecia o ksztalcie kata prostego. Ponadto pasy pochyle scian bocznych ,pas plaski sciany przedniej i pas plaski prostopadly sciany tylnej maja przy narozach wspólna krawedz. The new and original appearance of the industrial design is manifested in its shapes. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a side view of the housing, Fig. 2 shows a rear view of the housing, Fig. 3 shows a top view of the housing, Fig. 4 shows an axonometric view of the housing from below without a view of the rear wall, and Fig. 4 shows an axonometric view of the housing with a view of the rear wall. The housing of the kitchen hood has a shape similar to a truncated pyramid without a base wall, with a rear wall perpendicular to the base, which has corners cut inwards, and rounded side edges and flat strips at the bottom, one of which is perpendicular and the other parallel to the back wall and the latter finished with a collar, while in the strip parallel to the back wall there are rectangular cut-outs, while at the top the back wall is finished with a protruding rectangle, one edge of which is rounded and the other cut-off. The side walls are rounded at the bottom with a sloping strip finished with a collar, while the front wall is rounded at the bottom with a sloping strip having a rectangular cut-out with rounded shorter sides and a perpendicular flat strip with rectangular cutouts with rounded shorter sides, the flat strip ending in a collar, and at the bottom corners, near the common edges, the side walls and front wall have right-angled cutouts. Furthermore, the inclined strips of the side walls, the flat strip of the front wall, and the perpendicular flat strip of the rear wall share a common edge at the corners. Essential features of the industrial design The housing of the kitchen hood shown in the attached drawings fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 is characterized by the following: - the rear wall has corners cut inwards and rounded at the side edges, and at the top it is finished with a protruding rectangle with one edge rounded and the other cut, while the side walls at the bottom are rounded with an inclined strip ending with a collar, while the front wall is rounded at the bottom with an inclined strip and a flat strip on which there is a rectangular cut-out with rounded shorter sides, and in the corners at the bottom, at the common edges, the side walls and the front wall have cut-outs in the shape of a right angle, while the inclined strips of the side walls, the flat strip of the front wall and the strip flat, perpendicular back walls have a common edge at the corners.
