Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest, przedstawiony na rysunku, sposób otrzymywania produktów humusowych z węgla brunatnego w wieloetapowym procesie przemysłowym, w którym następują procesy ekstrakcji alkalicznej i wyodrębnianie produktów oczekiwanych. Sposób ten charakteryzuje się tym, że surowy węgiel brunatny poddaje się procesowi ekstrakcji czynnikiem alkalicznym przy jednoczesnym rozdrabnianiu węgla w I° ekstrakcji, a po oddzieleniu stałej pozostałości od roztworu, roztwór zatęża się za pomocą filtracji membranowej i/lub neutralizuje, zaś stałą pozostałość poddaje się ponownie ekstrakcji - II° ekstrakcji, permeatem z procesu zatężania, który następnie zawraca się do I° ekstrakcji, a zatężony i/lub zneutralizowany roztwór zawierający produkty humusowe suszy się. Produkty humusowe otrzymane w powyższym sposobie mogą znaleźć zastosowanie w procesach nawożenia gleby lub do produkcji nawozów.The subject of the application is the method of obtaining humus products from brown coal presented in the figure in a multistage industrial process, in which the processes of alkaline extraction and isolation of expected products take place. This method is characterized by the fact that raw lignite is subjected to an extraction process with an alkaline factor while grinding the coal at I ° extraction, and after separating the solid residue from the solution, the solution is concentrated by membrane filtration and / or neutralized, and the solid residue is subjected to re-extraction - II ° extraction, permeate from the concentration process, which is then recycled to I ° extraction, and the concentrated and / or neutralized solution containing humic products is dried. Humic products obtained in the above method can be used in soil fertilization processes or in the production of fertilizers.
