Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania kompozycji elastomerowych o zwiększonej odporności na palenie, zawierających kauczuk butadienowo-styrenowy, który polega na sporządzeniu mieszaniny kauczuku butadienowo-styrenowego z kauczukiem chloroprenowym, tlenkiem metalu jako środkiem sieciującym, zmiękczaczem i ewentualnie napełniaczem, a następnie ogrzewaniu tej mieszaniny pod ciśnieniem w prasie w temperaturze nie niższej niż 433 K w czasie wynikającym z oznaczeń wulkametrycznych. Jako tlenek metalu stosuje się tlenek cynku. Stosuje się aktywne napełniacze krzemionkowe lub napełniacze półaktywne.The subject of the application is a method for obtaining elastomer compositions with increased fire resistance, containing styrene butadiene rubber, which consists in preparing a mixture of styrene butadiene rubber with chloroprene rubber, metal oxide as a crosslinking agent, softener and optionally a filler, and then heating this mixture under pressure in the press at a temperature not lower than 433 K during the time resulting from the vulcanic measurements. Zinc oxide is used as the metal oxide. Active silica fillers or semi-active fillers are used.
