Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do hodowli alg i innych organizmów fototropowych. Urządzenie charakteryzujące się tym, że fotobioreaktor (10) zbudowany jest z przynajmniej jednego, otwartego od góry zbiornika (9), ze ściany którego wyprowadzony jest ssący króciec (20) przyłączający, zasilający przewód (21), którym pompa (24) pompuje zawiesinę hodowlaną do umieszczonej ponad zbiornikiem (9) deszczownicy (25) i ponadto zbiornik (9) zamknięty jest we wnętrzu (11) osłoniętym wykonaną z przeziernego materiału osłoną (36) wyposażoną w źródło (37) światła i zaopatrzoną we wlot (38) gazu zawierającego CO2. Korzystnie w zbiorniku (9) osadzona jest pozioma, perforowana przegroda (16). Korzystnie gaz we wnętrzu (11) zawiera od 2 do 5% CO2. Korzystnie we wnętrzu (11) panuje nadciśnienie gazu wynoszące około 0,1 atm. Korzystnie fotobioreaktor (10) zawiera więcej niż jeden zbiornik (9), z których każdy posiada ssący króciec (20), do którego przyłączony jest zasilający przewód (21), na którym jest pompa (24) pompująca hodowlany płyn do deszczownicy (25), przy czym zbiorniki oddzielone są od siebie izolującymi przegrodami, zamontowanymi we wnętrzu (11) fotobioreaktora, tworząc segmenty, przy czym każdy z segmentów wyposażony jest w źródło (37) światła i wlot (38) gazu zawierającego CO2.The subject of the application is a device for growing algae and other phototropic organisms. Preferably, the photobioreactor (10) contains more than one tank (9), each of which has a suction nozzle (20), to which the supply line (21) is connected, on which there is a pump (24) pumping cultured rain liquid (25), the tanks are separated from each other by insulating baffles mounted inside the photobioreactor (11), forming segments, each segment being equipped with a light source (37) and a CO2-containing gas inlet (38).
