Abstract

Wynalazek dotyczy wielowarstwowej okładziny podłogowej na podłożu ze spienionego PVC z zadrukiem cyfrowym zawierającej co najmniej warstwę podłoża z plastyfikowanego spienionego PCV, wzmocnioną znajdującą się pod nią usztywniającą warstwą z włókna szklanego, połączoną z nośną warstwą z poliamidu, przy czym widoczna powierzchnia warstwy podłoża powleczona jest dekoracyjną warstwą zadruku cyfrowego, na której znajduje się wierzchnia ochronna warstwa charakteryzującej się tym, że pomiędzy warstwą podłoża (3) a warstwą zadruku (5) zawiera wygładzającą warstwę (4) wykonaną z wodnej mieszaniny zawierającej 30% wagowych dyspersji styrenowo-akrylowej, od 20% do 30% wagowych dwutlenku tytanu, oraz od 38% do 50% wagowych wody, nałożoną na warstwę podłoża (3) w temperaturze nie wyższej niż 41°C i wstępnie osuszoną, a następnie wysuszoną w powietrznym tunelu w temperaturze nie wyższej niż 50°C. Korzystnie wygładzającą warstwą (4) pokrywa się warstwę podłoża (3) stanowiącego spienione PVC o grubości 2 mm, zawierające 85% PVC i 15% poliestru - 1000 g/m2. Warstwę wygładzającą (4) wykonuje się z dyspersji styrenowo-akrylowej o pH 5,8 i lepkości mniejszej niż 350 mPa • s. Wynalazek dotyczy także sposobu wytwarzania wielowarstwowej okładziny podłogowej na podłożu ze spienionego PVC z zadrukiem cyfrowym.The invention relates to a multilayer floor covering on a foamed PVC substrate with digital printing comprising at least a plasticized foamed PVC substrate layer, reinforced underneath a stiff fiberglass layer connected to it, with a load-bearing polyamide layer, the decorative surface of which is visible digital printing layer, on which there is a top protective layer characterized in that between the substrate layer (3) and the printing layer (5) contains a smoothing layer (4) made of an aqueous mixture containing 30% by weight styrene-acrylic dispersion, from 20% up to 30% by weight of titanium dioxide, and from 38% to 50% by weight of water, applied to the substrate layer (3) at a temperature not higher than 41 ° C and pre-dried and then dried in an air tunnel at a temperature not higher than 50 ° C . Preferably, the smoothing layer (4) is covered with a substrate layer (3) consisting of 2 mm thick foamed PVC, containing 85% PVC and 15% polyester - 1000 g / m2. The smoothing layer (4) is made of a styrene acrylic dispersion with a pH of 5.8 and a viscosity of less than 350 mPa • s. The invention also relates to a method for producing a multi-layer floor covering on a foamed PVC substrate with digital printing.
