Abstract
Automatyczny komparator masy składa się z podstawy, na której centralnie osadzone jest koło podajnika (2) zamieszczonego na mechanizmie obrotowo-unoszącym przeznaczone do transportu odważników na wagę, także usytuowaną na podstawie, kolumn wokół koła podajnika, na których usytuowano podstawę górną, mechanizmu obrotowo-unoszącego wyposażonego w wagę z szalką (12) wagi znajdującą się w osi prostowodu pionowego. Cewka nawinięta jest drutem nawojowym z materiału o ciężarze właściwym znacząco mniejszym od miedzi, korzystnie drutem aluminiowym, natomiast dźwignia wagi wykonana jest w postaci monolitu bez połączeń. Komparator zapewnia średnie odchylenie standardowe nie większe niż dwie działki pomiarowe, przy działce pomiarowej 0,1 mikrograma.
