Abstract
Sposób pomiaru parametrów życiowych podczas snu za pomocą urządzenia zawierającego akcelerometr, przyłączonego do ciała śpiącego pacjenta, który to sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że obejmuje następujące kroki: (a) ustala się szerokość histerezy, w tym maksymalną wartość histerezy i minimalną wartość histerezy; (b) odczytuje się, z akcelerometru (107), wartości przyspieszenia w trzech osiach; (c) filtruje się wartości przyspieszenia w każdej z trzech osi za pomocą filtra pasmowo - przepustowego, aby uzyskać przefiltrowane sygnały przyspieszenia; (d) łączy się przefiltrowane sygnały przyspieszenia z każdej z trzech osi, aby uzyskać poziom sygnału; (e) sprawdza się czy poziom sygnału jest wyższy niż aktualna maksymalna wartość histerezy i jeśli tak, to ustawia się maksymalną wartość histerezy na poziom sygnału i ustawia się minimalną wartość histerezy na maksymalny poziom sygnału pomniejszony o szerokość histerezy; oraz (f) sygnalizuje się wykrycie oddechu, gdy w poziomie sygnału wykryje się przejście ze zbocza spadającego na zbocze rosnące.
