Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest napełniacz mieszanki kauczuku butadienowo - styrenowego, który stanowi napełniacz kolagenowy w postaci produktu odpadowego z obróbki skór zwierzęcych po ich garbowaniu garbnikami roślinnymi, rozdrobniony korzystnie w młynku kulowym i wysuszony. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest też sposób otrzymywania proekologicznej kompozycji elastomerowej kauczuku butadienowo - styrenowego, polegający na sporządzeniu mieszanki zawierającej kauczuk butadienowo - styrenowy, aktywator w postaci tlenku cynku, siarkę, przyspieszacz w postaci dwusiarczku 2-merkaptobenzotiazolu, stearynę techniczną oraz napełniacz, a następnie na ogrzewaniu tej mieszaniny pod ciśnieniem w prasie, charakteryzuje się tym, że jako napełniacz stosuje się produkt odpadowy z obróbki skór zwierzęcych po ich garbowaniu garbnikami roślinnymi, rozdrobniony i wysuszony.The subject of the application is a styrene-butadiene rubber compound filler, which is a collagen filler in the form of a waste product from the treatment of animal skins after tanning with vegetable tannins, finely divided in a ball mill and dried. The subject of the application is also the method of obtaining the pro-ecological elastomer composition of styrene butadiene rubber, consisting in the preparation of a mixture containing styrene butadiene rubber, activator in the form of zinc oxide, sulfur, accelerator in the form of 2-mercaptobenzothiazole disulphide, technical stearin and filler, followed by heating this mixtures under pressure in the press, characterized by the fact that as a filler a waste product from the treatment of animal skins after tanning with vegetable tannins, crumbled and dried is used.
