Abstract
Zgłoszenie dotyczy topnika fluorkowego oraz sposobu jego otrzymywania. Topnik fluorkowy stanowi mieszanina fluorku wapnia i krzemionki amorficznej, przy czym stosunek wagowy fluorku wapnia do krzemionki amorficznej wynosi 4 do co najmniej 1, ponadto mieszanina zawiera ewentualnie związki wapnia i/lub sodu w postaci wodorotlenków, węglanów, siarczanów i/lub chlorków oraz związków magnezu i glinu w postaci wodorotlenków w ilości do 20% wagowych mieszaniny. Zgłoszenie zawiera też sposób otrzymywania topnika fluorkowego, w którym wykorzystuje się reakcję węglanu sodu z kwasem fluorokrzemowym. Sposób ten polega na tym, że do wodnej dyspersji zawierającej mieszankę kredy strącanej, o uziarnieniu poniżej 0,1 mm, korzystnie 0,005 - 0,01 mm, z dodatkiem wodorotlenku wapnia w ilości do 20%, korzystnie 5 - 10% oraz chlorków w postaci soli wapniowych i sodowych, w ilości do 10%, korzystnie 5%, zawierającej 50 - 200 g mieszanki w 1 dcm3 roztworu, korzystnie 60 - 20 g/dcm3, mającej pH powyżej 8, korzystnie 9 - 12, wprowadza się roztwór wodny kwasu fluorokrzemowego, korzystnie o stężeniu 3 - 10%, przy czym kwas fluorokrzemowy dodaje się z niewielkim niedomiarem, 5 do 15%, w stosunku do zawartości wapnia w mieszaninie. Reakcję prowadzi się w temperaturze od pokojowej do temperatury wrzenia wody, korzystnie 60 - 80°C, prowadzi się reakcję egzotermiczną tak, aby pH roztworu po reakcji nie było niższe niż 7,5 - 8 i jednocześnie korzystnie do mieszaniny reakcyjnej dodaje się środek przeciwpieniący. Otrzymany osad stanowiący topnik oddziela się od roztworu za pomocą filtracji lub wirowania, przemywa i suszy.
