Abstract
Złącze śrubowe (1) zawiera śrubę (2), nakrętkę (3), przy czym śruba (2) ma rowek (4) co najmniej na części swej powierzchni gwintowej (5). Stalowy gwóźdź blokujący (7) wprowadzony do rowka (4) śruby (2), blokujący ruch obrotowy nakrętki (3) jest wyposażony w trzpień zakończony z jednej strony główką i z drugiej strony ostrzem oraz posiada co najmniej na części długości swego trzpienia w jego obwodowym obszarze przypowierzchniowym większą twardość w stosunku do twardości rdzenia tego trzpienia w jego części położonej pod tym obszarem przypowierzchniowym, korzystnie co najmniej o 10%. Twardość trzpienia gwoździa blokującego (7) w obszarze przypowierzchniowym wnosi od 500 HV do 650 HV, zaś twardość rdzenia wynosi nie więcej niż od 400 HV do 460 HV. Przekrój poprzeczny obszaru przypowierzchniowego o większej twardości w stosunku do twardości rdzenia trzpienia w gwoździu blokującym (7) zajmuje od 20% do 40% powierzchni przekroju poprzecznego tego trzpienia, korzystnie 1/3 tej powierzchni. Wynalazek znajduje zastosowanie zwłaszcza do montażu słupów napowietrznych linii energetycznych ze stalowych kratownic i kątowników, dla zabezpieczenia przed ich kradzieżą.The screw connection (1) comprises a screw (2), a nut (3), the screw (2) having a groove (4) on at least part of its threaded surface (5).
