Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania estrów wyższych kwasów tłuszczowych i trimetylolopropanu, który polega na tym, że reakcję estryfikacji prowadzi się przez 6 - 12 godzin w temperaturze 200 - 240°C, stosując jako katalizator homogeniczne związki o wzorach ogólnych: Sn(OCOR)2, Ti(OR)4 i Zr(OR)4, gdzie R = C3 - C7 w ilości 0,3 - 1% wagowych w stosunku do ilości wyższych kwasów tłuszczowych, przy czym stosunek molowy ilości stosowanego kwasu tłuszczowego do ilości grupy hydroksylowej poliolu mieści się w przedziale od 1,1 : 1 do 1 : 1, a w trakcie syntezy usuwa się destylat zawierający wodę poestryfikacyjną, będącą produktem ubocznym reakcji, przepuszczając przez mieszaninę reakcyjną strumień gazu inertnego.The subject of the application is a method for obtaining esters of higher fatty acids and trimethylolpropane, which consists in the fact that the esterification reaction is carried out for 6 - 12 hours at a temperature of 200 - 240 ° C, using as a catalyst homogeneous compounds with the general formulas: Sn (OCOR) 2, Ti (OR) 4 and Zr (OR) 4, where R = C3 - C7 in an amount of 0.3 - 1% by weight relative to the amount of higher fatty acids, where the molar ratio of the amount of fatty acid used to the amount of the polyol hydroxyl group is in the range of 1.1: 1 to 1: 1, and during the synthesis the distillate containing post-esterification water, which is a by-product of the reaction, is removed by passing a stream of inert gas through the reaction mixture.
