Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób asymetrycznej redukcji prochiralnych ketonów, charakteryzujący się tym, że w środowisku pozbawionym rozpuszczalnika keton o wzorze 1, gdzie: R1 i R2 oznacza niezależnie grupę: aromatyczną lub alifatyczną, w tym alkilową lub allilową, ewentualnie podstawioną podstawnikiem: alifatycznym, alkoksylowym, arylowym, alkoksylowym, aryloksylowym, nitrowym lub halogenkiem lub ich kombinacją, poddaje się reakcji z trietoksysilanem w obecności katalizatora w ilości od 0,05 do 0,3 mol%, będącego kompleksem Zn2+ z ligandem diaminowym L, będącym N,N'-dipodstawioną (R,R)-1,2-difenyloetylo-1,2-diaminą, korzystnie wybranych spośród związków o wzorze L1, L2, L3, uzyskując alkohol o wzorze 2.The subject of the application is a method of asymmetric reduction of prochiral ketones, characterized in that in a solvent-free environment, ketone of formula 1, where: R1 and R2 is independently an aromatic or aliphatic group, including alkyl or allyl, optionally substituted with an aliphatic, alkoxy, aryl, alkoxy, aryloxy, nitro or halide or a combination thereof, is reacted with triethoxysilane in the presence of a catalyst in an amount of 0.05 to 0.3 mol%, which is a Zn2 + complex with a diamine ligand L, which is N, N'-disubstituted ( R, R) -1,2-diphenylethyl-1,2-diamine, preferably selected from compounds of formula L1, L2, L3, to give the alcohol of formula 2.
