Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania brekspiprazolu obejmujący etap a) reakcji 4-[(2-okso-1,2-dihydrochinolin-7-yl)oksy]butanalu z 1-(1-benzotiofen-4-ylo)piperazyną lub jej solą w rozpuszczalniku ewentualnie w obecności katalizatora oraz etap b) redukcji soli iminiowej utworzonej w etapie a) za pomocą środka redukującego w rozpuszczalniku ewentualnie w obecności katalizatora. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są również związki pośrednie stosowane w wytwarzaniu brekspiprazolu oraz sposób wytwarzania tych związków pośrednich.
