Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania kompozytów izotaktycznego polipropylenu charakteryzujący się tym, że izotaktyczny polipropylen miesza się w stanie stopionym w wytłaczarce dwuślimakowej współbieżnej, w temperaturze od 160°C do 220°C, z 20% do 30% wagowo, w proporcji do izotaktycznego polipropylenu, kompozycji zawierającej: antypiren w postaci poli (2-ydroksy propylenu spirocyklicznego pentaerytrolu bisfosfonianu) PPPBP w ilości 20% do 35% wagowo w kompozycji, nanocząsteczek żelaza w ilości 20% do 35% wagowo w kompozycji oraz nanoglinek w ilości do 60% wagowo w kompozycji.The subject of the application is a method for producing isotactic polypropylene composites characterized in that isotactic polypropylene is mixed in a molten state in a co-rotating twin screw extruder at a temperature from 160 ° C to 220 ° C, from 20% to 30% by weight, in proportion to isotactic polypropylene, a composition containing: antipyrene in the form of poly (2-hydroxy propylene spirocyclic pentaerytrole bisphosphonate) PPPBP in an amount of 20% to 35% by weight in the composition, iron nanoparticles in an amount of 20% to 35% by weight in the composition and nanoclay in an amount of up to 60% by weight in the composition .
