Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania opraw oświetleniowych polegający na gięciu przestrzennym zarysu profilu z arkusza materiału lub wyciętej uprzednio formatki, w której usuwa się grady na krawędziach zewnętrznych i wewnętrznych, charakteryzujący się tym, że krawędzie gięte kształtuje się przestrzennie z siłą gięcia arkusza do 550 N dla stali, stali nierdzewnej bądź aluminium o grubości od 0,5 do 1,2 mm o maksymalnej długości 2400 mm oraz szerokości 1600 mm i wysokości 60 mm, do uzyskania kątów gięcia do ± 135°, po czym ukształtowane profile poddaje się zabiegowi wycinania otworów skoncentrowana wiązką energii o mocy źródła 5 kW, z zastosowaniem pod wykonywanym otworem absorbera energii w przestrzeni w odległości od 1 do 30 mm poniżej dolnej płaszczyzny zarysu profilu.A method of producing lighting fittings consisting in spatial bending of a profile outline from a sheet of material or previously cut form, in which the grades on external and internal edges are removed, characterized by the fact that bent edges are shaped spatially with a sheet bending force of up to 550 N for steel, steel stainless steel or aluminum with a thickness of 0.5 to 1.2 mm with a maximum length of 2400 mm and a width of 1600 mm and a height of 60 mm, to obtain bending angles up to ± 135 °, after which the shaped profiles are subjected to cutting holes concentrated with an energy beam power of 5 kW source, using under the borehole an energy absorber in space at a distance of 1 to 30 mm below the bottom plane of the profile's outline.
