Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wykorzystujący spektrometrię mas MALDI-TOF oraz iPLEX do detekcji wariantów genetycznych kodów kreskowych. Ponadto zgłoszenie zawiera także zastosowanie tego sposobu do detekcji wariantów genetycznych kodów kreskowych wprowadzonych do komórek lub tkanek lub organizmów i/lub do śledzenia wybranych populacji komórek w czasie i/lub potomstwa pojedynczej komórki oraz do badania ewolucji klonalnej w trakcie procesu nowotworzenia i/lub śledzenia losów komórek w trakcie procesów różnicowania i organogenezy zarówno in vitro jak in vivo.
