Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są blokowane poliizocyjaniany, sposób wytwarzania blokowanych poliizocyjanianów i ich zastosowanie jako środki sieciujące do poliuretanowych systemów proszkowych. Blokowane poliizocyjaniany po usieciowaniu żywicami stosowanymi do systemów proszkowych dają powłoki poliuretanowe o zwiększonej hydrofobowości i oleofobowości, wysokiej odporności na ścieranie i zarysowanie.
