Abstract
Zgłoszenie dotyczy sposobu cynkowania galwanicznego wyrobów stalowych przeznaczonych do nakładania powłok malarskich, zwłaszcza polimerowych oraz zabezpieczania przed korozją powierzchni cynkowej naniesionej w procesie cynkowania galwanicznego. Detale stalowe poddaje się kolejno kąpieli odtłuszczającej chemicznie, kąpieli trawiącej, płukaniu, kąpieli odtłuszczającej elektrochemicznie, płukaniu, dekapowaniu, płukaniu, płukaniu aktywacyjnemu, elektrochemicznemu nakładaniu powłoki cynkowej, płukaniu odzyskowemu i kolejnemu płukaniu. Then, on the zinc surface, an organic conversion layer is formed by applying to it for at least 5 seconds an aqueous or hydroalcoholic solution containing 0.1 to 10% diketone of the general formula in which R is an alkyl group having in the chain from 1 to 20 carbon atoms, substituted or unsubstituted benzyl group, substituted or unsubstituted alkenyl group, alkalized with aqueous ammonia solution. The water-alcohol solution uses a water-miscible alcohol, preferably isopropanol, methanol or ethanol, and then after drying, optionally a protective coating is applied, preferably a polymer paint.
