Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób spiekania metalu z tworzywem sztucznym, w którym materiał wejściowy w postaci cząstek metalu ich stopów lub mieszanin oraz tworzyw sztucznych lub ich modyfikacji, rozpadających się w efekcie pirolizy na aktywny węgiel, miesza się do uzyskania jednorodnej mieszaniny i następnie prasuje do kształtu gotowego wytworu, po czym poddaje się spiekaniu, przy czym temperaturę oraz czas spiekania dobiera się zależnie od zastosowanego metalu, tak aby umożliwić spieczenie się jego cząstek, a spiekanie przeprowadza się w atmosferze próżni lub gazów ochronnych.
