Abstract
Reaktor fermentacyjny zawierający zbiornik, pokrywę i mieszadła, charakteryzuje się tym, że w osi pionowej zbiornika (1) usytuowany jest układ mieszający, połączony z zamontowanym w pokrywie (2) zespołem napędowym (3) poprzez wał napędowy (4), na którego dolnym końcu zamontowane jest mieszadło horyzontalne (5), natomiast w części górnej, przypowierzchniowej, do wału napędowego (4) zamontowane jest mieszadło poprzeczne (6), składające się z układu prętów pionowych połączonych prętami poprzecznymi i ukośnymi, przy czym w dennej części zbiornika (1) znajduje się otwór doprowadzania osadu (7) oraz otwór spustu osadu (8), natomiast w górnej strefie zbiornika (1) znajduje się układ odprowadzania biogazu (9) oraz otwór (10) połączony z układem odpływu pofermentu (11), zaś w bocznej ścianie zbiornika (1) zamontowana jest co najmniej jedna dysza kierunkowa (12), połączona z układem doprowadzenia recyrkulatu (13).The fermentation reactor containing the tank, the lid and the agitators is characterized by the fact that in the vertical axis of the tank (1) a mixing system is located, connected to the drive unit (3) mounted in the cover (2) through the drive shaft (4), at the bottom of which a horizontal agitator (5) is mounted, while in the upper, near-surface part, a transverse agitator (6) is mounted to the drive shaft (4), consisting of a system of vertical rods connected by transverse and oblique rods, with the bottom part of the tank (1) there is a sludge supply hole (7) and a sludge drain hole (8), while in the upper zone of the tank (1) there is a biogas discharge system (9) and an opening (10) connected to the digestate drainage system (11), and in the side wall tank (1), at least one directional nozzle (12) is installed, connected to the recirculation feed system (13).
