Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania 5-fluoro-1-(tetrahydrofuran-2-ylo)pirymidyno-2,4(1H,3H)-dionu, który polega na tym, że w pierwszym etapie 5-fluorouracyl poddaje się reakcji z 2-acetoksytetrahydrofuranem użytym w ilości od dwóch do czterech ekwiwalentów w stosunku do 5-fluorouracylu w obecności tetrametyloguanidyny lub 1,8-diazabicykloundec-7-enu w rozpuszczalniku aprotonowym w temperaturze od 70°C do 90°C a w drugim etapie wyodrębnione produkty reakcji ogrzewa się w mieszaninie etanol-woda w temperaturze od 60°C do 70°C.
