Abstract
Sposób elektrostatycznego usuwania pyłu ze strumienia spalin polega na tym, że elektryczne ładunki jonizujące gazy spalinowe, cząstki pyłu oraz krople cieczy wprowadza się pośrednio poprzez zmieszanie spalin z powietrzem świeżym, uprzednio zjonizowanym jednoimiennym polem elektrycznym, o wysokim napięciu. Urządzenie do elektrostatycznego usuwania pyłu ze strumienia spalin, wyposażone w stalową elektrodę ulotową (3), w kształcie cienkiego drutu, generująca wyładowanie koronowe, która jest umieszczona w osi kanału spalin i korzystnie skierowana zgodnie z kierunkiem przepływu spalin, jest osłonięta w całości ceramicznym izolatorem elektrycznym (4), który umieszczony jest w rurze (5), stanowiącą kanał o przekroju kołowym, przez który przepływa powietrze osłonowe do wewnątrz korpusu (2) i kanału spalin charakteryzuje się tym, że ma zabudowany moduł automatycznego czyszczenia składający się z korpusu (2) wyposażonego w element czyszczący w postaci spiralnej wstęgi (7) umieszczonej na konstrukcji wsporczej i napędzanej za pomocą przekładni (8) i silnika (9) osadzonego na korpusie (2) zewnętrznego kanału spalin (14). Urządzenie do elektrostatycznego usuwania pyłu ze strumienia spalin charakteryzuje się tym, że na obwodzie korpusu urządzenia (2) w komorze (4) wykonanej z izolatora elektrycznego umieszczona jest stalowa elektroda ulotowa (3), wykonana z cienkiego drutu, mająca kształt pierścienia, przez którą przepływa powietrze osłonowe do wewnętrza korpusu (2) urządzenia przez otwory (5) rozmieszczone obwodowo na ściance korpusu urządzenia (2), umożliwiające jonizację spalin i pyłu pośrednio przez wymieszanie ich ze zjonizowanym powietrzem osłonowym.The method of electrostatic removal of dust from the exhaust stream consists in the fact that electric ionizing flue gases, dust particles and liquid droplets are introduced indirectly by mixing the exhaust with fresh air, previously ionized high voltage electric field. The device for electrostatic removal of dust from the exhaust stream, equipped with a steel discharge electrode (3), in the shape of a thin wire, generating a corona discharge, which is located in the axis of the exhaust duct and preferably directed in the direction of the exhaust gas flow, is covered entirely with a ceramic electric insulator (4), which is placed in the pipe (5), constituting a circular cross-section duct, through which the shielding air flows inside the body (2) and the exhaust duct, characterized by the built-in automatic cleaning module consisting of the body (2) equipped with a cleaning element in the form of a spiral band (7) placed on the support structure and driven by a gear (8) and engine (9) mounted on the body (2) of the external flue gas channel (14). The device for electrostatic removal of dust from the exhaust stream is characterized by the fact that on the perimeter of the device body (2) in the chamber (4) made of electric insulator there is a steel discharge electrode (3), made of thin wire, having the shape of a ring through which it flows shielding air to the inside of the body (2) of the device through holes (5) circumferentially arranged on the wall of the body of the device (2), enabling ionization of exhaust gases and dust indirectly by mixing them with ionized shielding air.
