Abstract

Wynalazek rozwiązuje problem uzyskania optymalnych parametrów użytkowania, gdzie króciec wylewowy ma miękką, elastycznie giętką powierzchnię boczną, odporną na łamanie czy odgryzanie. Dozownik z nakrętką do saszetek charakteryzuje się tym, że króciec wylewowy (5) ma obszar wierzchołkowy wykonany z termoplastycznego elastomeru i/lub mieszanki elastomerów, i/lub silikonu, stanowiący monolit korpusu (1) dozownika, który poniżej górnej półki (4) wykonany jest z polietylenu i/lub z polipropylenu. Króciec wylewowy (5) wyposażony jest w obszarze wierzchołkowym w elastyczną przegrodę stanowiącą membranę (W) z parą przecinających się szczelin rozciągających się promieniowo na zewnątrz. Membrana wykonana jest z termoplastycznego elastomeru i/lub mieszanki elastomerów, i/lub silikonu. Korpus dozownika (1) wykonany jest metodą wtrysku dwuskładnikowego tworzywa sztucznego.
