Abstract
Sposób sprawdzania współczynnika systemów bezpieczeństwa pojazdów samochodowych, zwłaszcza elektrycznych i hybrydowych, charakteryzuje się tym, że na stanowisku badawczym lub poligonie ustawia się pojazd wzorcowy, mający pełne wyposażenia w samochodowe systemy bezpieczeństwa (SSB) najnowszej generacji. Montuje się w nim aparaturę pomiarowo - rejestrującą, dodatkowe czujniki i połączenia, w tym do gniazda diagnostycznego pojazdu (OBD), po czym uruchamia się zespoły pojazdu związane z działaniem sprawdzanego systemu i wykonuje pomiary parametrów poszczególnych SSB. Na testerze ustala się wartości parametrów danego systemu dla wartości granicznych przez porównanie wartości zadanych z rzeczywistymi i ustala się stopień oceny w punktach lub liczbach niemianowanych. Następnie w ten sam sposób przeprowadza się sprawdzenie pozostałych SSB tego pojazdu, po czym oblicza się współczynnik systemów bezpieczeństwa sprawdzanego pojazdu z wzoru (A). W dalszej kolejności w analogiczny sposób ustala się współczynnik Bi dla innych pojazdów i porównuje uzyskane wyniki ze sprawdzeniem wzorcowego pojazdu.The method of checking the coefficient of safety systems for motor vehicles, especially electric and hybrid ones, is characterized by the fact that a reference vehicle is set up at the test stand or training ground, fully equipped with the latest generation car safety systems (SSB). It installs measuring and recording equipment, additional sensors and connections, including to the vehicle's diagnostic socket (OBD), after which the vehicle assemblies related to the operation of the checked system are activated and the parameters of individual SSBs are measured. The tester sets the parameter values of a given system for the limit values by comparing the setpoints with the actuals and sets the grade in points or non-nominated numbers. Then, in the same way, the checking of the other SSBs of this vehicle is carried out, after which the factor of the safety systems of the checked vehicle is calculated from formula (A). Next, the Bi factor for other vehicles is determined in an analogous way and the results obtained are compared with the checking of the reference vehicle.
