Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest aktywna komora spalania silnika tłokowego i sposób przemieszczania ciepła w aktywnej komorze spalania z naniesionymi powłokami aktywnymi. Sposób polega na tym, że w komorze spalania (KS) między tłokiem (KT) a głowicą (KG) umieszcza się pierścień komory spalania (P), na który uprzednio nanosi się warstwy aktywne, przy czym na pierścień komory spalania (P) jako warstwę aktywną nanosi się co najmniej jedną warstwę bufora termicznego i ewentualnie co najmniej jedną warstwę izolatora, a powstały wzrost stopnia sprężania ewentualnie koryguje się wydłużeniem czasu otwarcia dolotu, jednocześnie w układzie regulacji chłodzenia zewnętrznego zawartości komory spalania (KZ) obniża się nastawy intensywności chłodzenia.The subject of the invention is an active combustion chamber of a piston engine and a method of heat transfer in an active combustion chamber with active coatings applied.
