Abstract
Przedmiot wynalazku stanowi belka ościeża okien, fasad lub drzwi, której zasadniczym elementem jest jednolita belka (1), która wykonana jest ze spienionego tworzywa sztucznego lub z kompozytu, korzystnie ze spienionego kompozytu. Do wykonania jednolitej belki (1) przewiduje się wykorzystanie takich materiałów, jak: poliuretan PUR i PIR lub spieniony polipropylen PP lub spieniony poliamid PA lub gąbka florystyczna lub spieniony polietylen PE lub spieniony poli(chlorek winylu) PVC lub pianka syntetyczna, względnie masa z włóknem szklanym lub włóknem węglowym lub inny spieniony materiał. Materiał zastosowany do wykonania jednolitej belki (1) może zawierać w sobie komponenty konstrukcyjne, zatopione w masie jednolitej belki (1), dzięki którym jest ona wzmocniona niezależnie od tego, czy zostanie dodatkowo pokryta. Jednolita belka (1) może mieć dowolny kształt. Sposób wytwarzania belki ościeża okien, drzwi lub fasad, stanowiący przedmiot wynalazku polega na tym, że opisaną wyżej jednolitą belkę (1) umieszcza się w szczelnym tunelu, z którego wypompowuje się powietrze, a następnie do którego wprowadza się odmierzoną wcześniej ilość żywicy, której ilość wcześniej wylicza się tak, aby opisaną metodą iniekcji próżniowej pokryła równomierną powłoką jednolitą belkę (1) założoną grubością warstwy żywicy.The subject of the invention is a window, façade or door beam, the main element of which is a uniform beam (1), which is made of foamed plastic or composite, preferably foamed composite. To make a uniform beam (1), it is envisaged to use materials such as: polyurethane PUR and PIR or foamed polypropylene PP or foamed polyamide PA or floristic sponge or foamed polyethylene PE or foamed poly (vinyl chloride) PVC or synthetic foam, or mass with fiber glass or carbon fiber or other foamed material. The material used to make the uniform beam (1) may contain structural components embedded in the mass of the uniform beam (1), thanks to which it is reinforced regardless of whether it is additionally covered. The uniform beam (1) can have any shape. The method of producing a window, door or façade beam, which is the subject of the invention, is that the above-described uniform beam (1) is placed in a sealed tunnel from which the air is pumped out, and then into which the quantity of resin measured earlier previously calculated so that the described method of vacuum injection covers an even coating with a uniform beam (1) assumed by the thickness of the resin layer.
