Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest materiał na opakowanie w kształcie torby z wyciętym wewnątrz co najmniej jednym uchwytem, gdzie materiał stanowi pasmo papieru z co najmniej jednej strony powleczone polimerem, połączone metodą zgrzewania z zachodzącymi na nie elementami polimerowej siatki, materiał charakteryzuje się tym, że pasmo stanowi papier powleczony poliolefiną w postaci polietylenu PE, polipropylenu PP lub biopolimeru, zaś elementy siatki (7), znajdują się co najmniej w miejscach przeznaczonych na uchwyt (3) gotowego opakowania (6) i są bezpośrednio połączone metodą zgrzewania w miejscach zachodzenia z powleczonym polimerem ciągłym pasmem. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także sposób wytwarzania materiału opisanego powyżej, polegający na tym, że pasma papieru powleka się z co najmniej jednej strony polimerem, następnie na pasmo od strony powłoki nakłada się siatkę (7) co najmniej w obszarze przeznaczonym na uchwyt (3) opakowania, a następnie tą część poddaje się zgrzewaniu w temperaturze w zakresie od 160 - 180 st. C w obszarze zgrzewu mniejszym niż obszar zachodzenia siatki (7) i pasma, przy czym grzałkę przykłada się od strony pasma papieru.
