Pierwszy stopień stanowi uszczelnienie labiryntowe osiowe, utworzone odpowiednio przez występy (1a i 3a)oraz wnęki (1b i 3b) tulei kołnierzowej ruchomej (1) i tulei kołnierzowej nieruchomej (3). Drugi stopień uszczelnienie stanowi uszczelnienie z cieczą magnetyczną (7), która utrzymywana jest w pierścieniowych szczelinach (?) przez siły pola magnetycznego wywołane spolaryzowanym osiowo magnesem trwałym (5), stanowiąc barierę dla czynnika uszczelnianego i zapewniając odpowiednią szczelność.The subject of the invention is a two-stage vertical shaft seal designed for devices operating in a gas environment or in high vacuum conditions. The first stage is an axial labyrinth seal formed respectively by projections (1a and 3a) and cavities (1b and 3b) of the movable flange sleeve (1) and the fixed flange sleeve (3). The second stage of sealing is a sealing with a magnetic liquid (7), which is held in annular gaps (?) By magnetic field forces caused by an axially polarized permanent magnet (5), constituting a barrier to the sealing agent and ensuring adequate tightness.
