Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania implantów, który zawiera etap tworzenia mieszany hydroksyapatytu z polilaktydem oraz etap formowania implantu z utworzonej mieszaniny. W etapie tworzenia mieszaniny miesza się wysuszony syntetyczny hydroksypatyt o wielkości cząstek nie przekraczającej 50 nm z rozdrobnionym polilaktydem o wielkości drobin nie przekraczającej 0,5 mm. Udział hydroksyapatytu w mieszaninie wynosi od 60% do 90% wagowo. Uzyskaną mieszaninę rozdrabnia się kriogenicznie w temperaturze nie wyższej niż -150°C i uzyskany granulat suszy w temperaturze nie wyższej niż 100°C. W etapie formowania implantu wysuszony granulat umieszcza się w szczelnie zamykanych elastycznych formach i podaje prasowaniu pod ciśnieniem nie mniejszym niż 25 MPa i nie większym niż 200 MPa. Implant składa się z zasadniczo jednolitej mieszaniny polilaktydu z hydroksyapatytem i zawiera od 60% do 90% wagowo hydroksyapatytu, którego rozmiar cząstek nie przekracza 50 nm, a stosunek molowy wapnia do fosforu w tych cząstkach wynosi od 1,57 do 1,62. Porowatość implantu jest równomierna w całej objętości i mieści się w zakresie od 1 do 30%, przy czym rozmiar porów mieści się w zakresie od 10 µm do 250 µm. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest też kompozytowy implant kostny.
