Abstract
Zgłoszenie dotyczy związków o wzorze ogólnym (I), w którym: jeden z A1 i A2 oznacza atom azotu, a drugi oznacza atom węgla ewentualnie podstawiony halogenem; linia falista pomiędzy ugrupowaniem sulfonamidowym a pierścieniami B/C oznacza wiązanie pojedyncze łączące atom siarki z nie-przyczółkowym atomem węgla, przy czym część pierścienia C odznaczona linią przerywaną jest niepodstawiona; n oznacza liczbę całkowitą od 0 do 3; Y oznacza atom azotu lub atom węgla; Z oznacza 5-6 członowy pierścień aromatyczny/heteroaromatyczny, ewentualnie skondensowany z dalszym pierścieniem aromatycznym lub 5-6 członowym nie-aromatycznym pierścieniem heterocyklicznym, przy czym skondensowany układ pierścieni jest połączony przez nie-przyczółkowy atom węgla. Związki wykazują wysokie powinowactwo do receptorów D2, D3, 5-HT1A, 5-HT2A, 5-HT6 i 5-HT7 i są użyteczne w leczeniu chorób psychotropowych lub zaburzeń związanych z dysfunkcją układów dopaminergicznego/serotoninergicznego, takich jak schizofrenia i autyzm.
