Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do wykrywania i/lub oznaczania stężenia analitu obecnego w tkance, obejmujące czujnik, którym jest interferometr światłowodowy, przy czym jedno ramię interferometru jest opłaszczone immobilizowanym czynnikiem wiążącym, umożliwiającym selektywne wiązanie analitu obecnego w tkance. Urządzenie charakteryzuje się tym, że wymienione ramię (5) interferometru opłaszczone immobilizowanym czynnikiem wiążącym umocowane jest wewnątrz prowadnicy (30) umożliwiającej wkłucie do tkanki i dokonanie pomiaru in situ, bez konieczności pobierania czy przygotowywania próbki, przy czym prowadnica (30) wyposażona jest w zamknięte czoło (31) prowadnicy, podłużne perforacje (33) na ściankach bocznych, umożliwiające dotarcie analitu do czynnika wiążącego i otwór (32) w wejściowym końcu (34) prowadnicy dla wprowadzenia inteferometru (10) z ramieniem (5) opłaszczonym czynnikiem wiążącym do prowadnicy (30) w wejściowym końcu (34) prowadnicy, przy czym otwór (32) jest uszczelniony, umożliwiając odizolowanie wnętrza prowadnicy (30) od otoczenia, a interferometr (10) mocowany jest w pozycji, w której nie dotyka on ścianek wewnętrznych prowadnicy. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także sposób wykrywania i/lub oznaczania ilości analitu obecnego w tkance przy pomocy tego urządzenia oraz zastosowanie tego urządzenia do wykrywania i/lub oznaczania ilości analitu obecnego w tkance.
