Abstract

Opracowaną gondolę wózka, zwłaszcza dziecięcego tworzy nośna konstrukcja (1), tworzywowa łupina (2), wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego i materiał (3), stanowiący część boczną. Dolny brzeg materiału (4) zamocowany jest za pomocą szwu (3) albo szwów (3) do dolnej części bocznej powierzchni (5) tworzywowej łupiny (2). Ścianka dolnej części bocznej powierzchni (5) tworzywowej łupiny (2) może być cieńsza od ścianki pozostałej części tworzywowej łupiny (2), a dolny brzeg materiału (4) może być połączony dodatkowo z dolną częścią bocznej powierzchni (5) tworzywowej łupiny (2) klejącą substancją (8). Tworzywowa łupina (2) wykonana może zostać w szczególności z PE (polietylen lub polieten), ABS (poli(akrylonitryl-co-butadien-co-styren)), EVA (poli(etylen-co-octan winylu)), PMMA (poli(metakrylan metylu)) lub z płyt dwuwarstwowych ABS, PMMA lub EVA, a konstrukcja gondoli może być dodatkowo usztywniona wewnętrznym, tworzywowym usztywnieniem (6).
