Abstract

Układ jest wyposażony w instalację upłynniania gazu ze zbiornikiem magazynującym (12) fazy ciekłej i obwodem recyrkulacji fazy gazowej (B), oraz zespół regazyfikacji ciekłego gazu z obwodem regazyfikacji (F) łączącym zbiornik magazynujący (12) z ekspanderem (17) podgrzanego gazu, przy czym w skład instalacji upłynniania gazu wchodzą co najmniej dwa wielostrumieniowe wymienniki ciepła (8, 9) z oddzielnymi obiegami chłodniczymi, połączone szeregowo z zaworem dławiącym (10) i separatorem faz (11) do rozdzielania fazy ciekłej i gazowej, a do obwodu regazyfikacji (F) są włączone co najmniej dwa kolejne wymienniki ciepła (14, 15) z oddzielnymi obiegami chłodniczymi (D, E). Drugi wymiennik wielostrumieniowy (9) ma drugi obieg chłodniczy (D) połączony z trzecim wymiennikiem ciepła (14), a pierwszy wymiennik wielostrumieniowy (8) ma pierwszy obieg chłodniczy (E) połączony z czwartym wymiennikiem ciepła (15).The system is equipped with a gas liquefaction installation with a liquid phase storage tank (12) and a gas phase recirculation circuit (B), and a liquid gas regasification unit with a regasification circuit (F) connecting the storage tank (12) with the expander (17) of heated gas, with the gas liquefaction installation consists of at least two multi-stream heat exchangers (8, 9) with separate cooling circuits, connected in series with a throttle valve (10) and a phase separator (11) for separating the liquid and gas phases, and to the regasification circuit (F ) at least two further heat exchangers (14, 15) with separate refrigeration circuits (D, E) are turned on. The second multi-stream exchanger (9) has a second cooling circuit (D) connected to the third heat exchanger (14), and the first multi-stream exchanger (8) has a first cooling circuit (E) connected to the fourth heat exchanger (15).
