Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób higienizacji osadów ściekowych z udziałem wapna palonego (CaO) znamienny tym, że: odwodniony osad ściekowy o zawartości suchej masy w zakresie od 15 do 35% wag. poddaje się hydratacji wstępnej w granulatorze (40) z łopatowym układem przerzucającym, zawierającym dwa przeciwbieżne wały obrotowe (46) z łopatowymi ramionami (47) do obrotowego przerzucania osadu ściekowego, w procesie w którym łopatowym układem przerzucającym miesza się odwodniony osad ściekowy z wapnem palonym (CaO) w stosunku wagowym wynoszącym od 0,7 do 1,8 kg CaO/1 kg suchej masy osadu ściekowego, utrzymując osad ściekowy w formie uziarnionej i nie dopuszczając do homogenizacji osadu ściekowego, prowadząc reakcję lasowania wapna palonego (CaO) na powierzchni ziaren osadu ściekowego; a następnie odwodniony osad ściekowy poddaje się hydratacji właściwej w reaktorze z przenośnikiem taśmowym, prowadząc reakcję lasowania wapna palonego w całej objętości osadu ściekowego. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także układ do higienizacji osadów ściekowych.The subject of the application is a method for sanitizing sewage sludge with the addition of quicklime (CaO), characterized in that: dehydrated sewage sludge with a dry matter content in the range from 15 to 35% by weight is subjected to pre-hydration in a granulator (40) with a blade shifting system containing two counter-rotating shafts (46) with blade arms (47) for rotary shifting of sewage sludge, in a process in which the shovel shifting system mixes dehydrated sewage sludge with burnt lime ( CaO) in a weight ratio of 0.7 to 1.8 kg CaO / 1 kg dry weight of sewage sludge, keeping the sewage sludge in a grained form and preventing homogenization of the sewage sludge by carrying out the reaction of burning quicklime (CaO) on the surface of the sludge grains drain; and then the dewatered sewage sludge is subjected to proper hydration in a reactor with a conveyor belt, carrying out the reaction of burning quicklime in the entire volume of the sewage sludge.
