Abstract

Uniwersalne urządzenie do poprzecznego cięcia rur korugowanych, wyposażone przynajmniej w zespół przenoszący (T) do liniowego przesyłania korugowanej rury przez urządzenie, zespół tnący zawierający nóż poruszany ruchem posuwisto-zwrotnym, zespół pozycjonujący (P) rurę względem noża zespołu tnącego przed operacją cięcia poprzecznego, zespół pomiaru długości odcinka rury, który ma być odcięty, charakteryzuje się tym, że zespół pozycjonujący (P) posiada nośną płytę (10), poprzez którą ustalony jest w korpusie (1) urządzenia rozłącznymi połączeniami szybkozłącznymi, zawierającymi ustalające trzpienie, ustalające otwory i szybkozłącze zaciski (13), przy czym ustalony w korpusie (1) zespół pozycjonujący (P) ma cylindryczną prowadnicę rury o zadanej średnicy, a urządzenie, jest wyposażone w zestaw złożony z co najmniej dwóch zespołów pozycjonujących (P), stanowiących szybko - wymienne moduły urządzenia, z których każdy ma cylindryczną prowadnicę dla rury o innej średnicy.
