Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest fotelik (1) samochodowy dla dzieci oraz wkładka (6) fotelika samochodowego dla dzieci, przeznaczone do przewożenia dzieci zwłaszcza bardzo małych w pojazdach samochodowych do zamontowania na siedzeniu fotela samochodowego. Fotelik (1) samochodowy dla dzieci mocowany na siedzeniu fotela samochodowego, posiadający skorupowe siedzisko (2) posiadające część plecową (3) i część siedziskową (4) przebiegające do siebie pod kątem i zbiegające się ze sobą, a okolica zbiegania się części plecowej (3) i części siedziskowej (4) tworzy od wewnętrznej strony skorupowego siedziska (2) fotelika (1) powierzchnię krzywokreślną wklęsłą (5), charakteryzuje się tym, że skorupowe siedzisko (2) fotelika (1) zaopatrzone jest we wkładkę (6) umieszczaną w miejscu, w którym zbiegają się część plecowa (3) i część siedziskowa (4) skorupowego siedziska (2) fotelika (1) samochodowego dla dzieci, przy czym wkładka (6) ma powierzchnię udową i powierzchnię łydkową, zbiegające się pod kątem zasadniczo prostym i połączone po przeciwnej stronie powierzchnią krzywokreślną wypukłą. Wkładka fotelika (1) samochodowego dla dzieci mocowanego na siedzeniu fotela samochodowego, posiadającego skorupowe siedzisko (2) posiadające część plecową (3) i część siedziskową (4) przebiegające do siebie pod kątem i zbiegające się ze sobą a okolica zbiegania się części plecowej (3) i części siedziskowej (4) tworzy od wewnętrznej strony fotelika (1) powierzchnię krzywokreślną wklęsłą (5) charakteryzuje się tym, że wkładka (6) ma powierzchnię udową (7) i powierzchnię łykową (8), zbiegające się pod kątem zasadniczo prostym i połączone po przeciwnej stronie powierzchnią krzywokreślną wypukłą (9).
