Abstract

Rekonstrukcyjny gwóźdź udowy do leczenia złamań w obrębie szyjki kości udowej i krętarza większego, zawierający udowy gwóźdź śródszpikowy (1), przez który przechodzi szyjkowa śruba kostna (2), usytuowana pod kątem 120° do 135° względem osi długiej udowego gwoździa śródszpikowego (1) i przechodząca przez otwór w części proksymalnej gwoździa śródszpikowego (1), przy czym ta szyjkowa śruba kostna (2) jest blokowana przed obrotem i przesuwem za pomocą śruby kompensacyjnej, wprowadzonej w gwintowany otwór w osi długiej proksymalnego odcinka gwoździa śródszpikowego (1), zaś powyżej otworu pod szyjkową śrubę kostną (2) znajduje się co najmniej jeden gwintowany otwór pod szpilkę antyrotacyjną (3) o osi usytułowanej równolegle do osi otworu pod szyjkową śrubę kostną (2) i korzystnie pobocznie względem osi długiej gwoździa śródszpikowego (1), zaś w odcinku dystalnym gwoździa śródszpikowego (1) znajduje się co najmniej jeden otwór pod śrubę kostną (2), którego oś jest usytuowana prostopadle do osi długiej gwoździa śródszpikowego (1), charakteryzujący się tym, że nad otworami pod szpilki antyrotacyjne (3) w proksymalnym odcinku gwoździa śródszpikowego (1) znajdują się dwa gwintowane otwory pod śruby rekonstrukcyjne (4) do rekonstrukcji krętarza większego kości udowej, o osiach usytuowanych prostopadle do osi długiej gwoździa śródszpikowego (1) i korzystnie usytuowane pobocznie względem tej osi długiej, przy czym osie tych otworów pod śruby rekonstrukcyjne (4) są usytuowane pod kątami ß, ? w zakresie 10° - 85° po obu stronach względem osi otworu pod szyjkową śrubę kostną (2).Reconstructive femoral nail for the treatment of fractures within the femoral neck and greater trochanter, containing the femoral intramedullary nail (1) through which the cervical bone screw (2) passes, located at an angle of 120 ° to 135 ° relative to the long axis of the femoral intramedullary nail (1) and passing through the hole in the proximal part of the intramedullary nail (1), the cervical bone screw (2) being blocked against rotation and movement by means of a compensating screw inserted into the threaded hole in the long axis of the proximal intramedullary nail (1), and above hole for the neck bone screw (2) there is at least one threaded hole for the anti-rotation pin (3) with an axis parallel to the axis of the hole for the neck bone screw (2) and preferably sideways to the long axis of the intramedullary nail (1), and in the section the distal intramedullary nail (1) has at least one hole under the bone screw (2), whose axis is perpendicular to the long axis of the intramedullary nail (1), characterized by the fact that above the holes for anti-rotation pins (3) in the proximal section of the intramedullary nail (1) there are two threaded holes for reconstruction screws (4) for reconstruction of the greater trochanter of the femur, with axes located perpendicular to the long axis of the intramedullary nail (1) and preferably located sideways to this long axis, with the axes of these holes for reconstruction screws (4) located at angles ß,? in the range of 10 ° - 85 ° on both sides relative to the axis of the hole for the neck bone screw (2).
