Abstract
Zgłoszenie rozwiązuje zagadnienie sposobu wytwarzania biogazu i zespołu do realizacji tego sposobu, znajdującego zastosowanie głównie w gospodarstwach rolnych, do zaspokojenia własnych potrzeb inwentarskich. Sposób, polega na tym, że zmagazynowany w gnojowni (2) obornik (3) ładuje się do kontenera (5), po czym naładowany obornikiem (3) kontener (5) umieszcza się w silosowo-wypłukującej komorze, a odciekającą z obornika (3) gnojową ciecz gromadzi się w zbiorniku organicznej frakcji (11), skąd przepompowuje się do fermentacyjnej komory (13), podgrzewa i okresowo miesza, dodając bakterie metanowe oraz substrat z roślin energetycznych. Po fermentacji biogaz tłoczy się do zbiornika biogazu i przetwarza się na energię cieplną i elektryczną. Zespół urządzeń do wytwarzania biogazu, stanowi silosowo-wypłukująca komora, z zamontowanymi od góry dyszami zraszaczy (12), podzielona na hermetycznie zamykane sektory z umieszczonymi w nich kontenerami (5), wypełnionymi obornikiem (3).The application solves the issue of the method of producing biogas and the team for implementing this method, which is mainly used on farms, to meet their own livestock needs. The method consists in loading manure (3) stored in the dung (2) into a container (5), after which the container (5) loaded with manure (3) is placed in a silo-washing chamber and draining from manure (3) ) the liquid manure is collected in the tank of the organic fraction (11), from where it is pumped into the fermentation chamber (13), heated and periodically mixed, adding methane bacteria and a substrate from energetic plants. After fermentation, biogas is pumped into the biogas tank and converted into heat and electricity. The set of devices for biogas production is a silo-flushing chamber with sprinkler nozzles (12) mounted from above, divided into hermetically sealed sectors with containers (5) filled with manure (3).
