Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest granulowany nawóz organiczno - mineralny, zawierający zmielony fosforyt i komponenty organiczne oraz dodatkowo mocznik i suszony obornik bydlęcy, przy czym stosunek komponentów organicznych do fosforytu wynosi do 3,5 : 1, stosunek C : N wynosi 20 : 1 - 33 : 1, a zawartość suszonego obornika bydlęcego wynosi nie więcej niż 0,1% mas. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest też sposób wytwarzania nawozu organiczno - mineralnego, który charakteryzuje się tym, że komponenty organiczne miesza się z fosforytem w stosunku do 3,5 : 1, a następnie w zależności od zawartości węgla i azotu w uzyskanej mieszance dodaje się mocznik, tak by stosunek C : N mieścił się w zakresie 20 : 1 - 33 : 1, w kolejnym etapie wprowadza się granulowany suszony obornik bydlęcy w nie więcej niż 0,1% mas. mieszanki oraz wodę w ilości pozwalającej na uzyskanie do 55% wilgotności, następnie całość poddaje się kompostowaniu w kontrolowanych warunkach termicznych, a dojrzały kompost uprzednio dosuszony, w celu obniżenia jego wilgotności poniżej 50%, granuluje się metodą zgniatania i uzyskany granulat suszy do wilgotności poniżej 10%.The subject of the application is a granulated organic and mineral fertilizer containing ground phosphate and organic components as well as urea and dried bovine manure, with a ratio of organic components to phosphate rock up to 3.5: 1, C: N ratio 20: 1 - 33: 1 and the content of dried bovine manure is not more than 0.1% by mass. The subject of the application is also a method of producing organic and mineral fertilizer, which is characterized by the fact that organic components are mixed with phosphorite in a ratio of 3.5: 1, and then, depending on the carbon and nitrogen content in the resulting mixture, urea is added so that the C: N ratio was in the range 20: 1 - 33: 1, in the next stage granulated dried bovine manure in not more than 0.1% by mass. mixtures and water in an amount that allows obtaining up to 55% humidity, then the whole is composted under controlled thermal conditions, and the mature compost previously dried, in order to reduce its humidity below 50%, is granulated by crushing and the obtained granulate is dried to humidity below 10 %.
