Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania termoizolacyjnego elementu budowlanego, polegający na uformowaniu z masy keramzytowo - betonowej osnowy zbudowanej z warstw pionowych, zawierającej ściankę zewnętrzną i wewnętrzną oraz ścianki boczne, pomiędzy którymi rozmieszczone jest ażurowe wypełnienie w postaci żeber oraz termoizolacyjne rdzenie wypełniające przestrzenie osnowy pomiędzy ściankami i żebrami na całej wysokości elementu, w którym jako rdzenie termoizolacyjne stosuje się wypełnienie z pianki zamkniętokomórkowej na bazie ekstrudowanego poli(tereftalanu) etylenu (PET). Elementy budowlane wytwarzane sposobem według wynalazku mają zastosowanie zarówno w budownictwie mieszkaniowym, jak i przemysłowym.The method of manufacturing a thermal insulation building element, consisting of forming a expanded clay concrete matrix made of vertical layers, containing the outer and inner walls and side walls, between which an openwork filling in the form of ribs and heat-insulating cores filling the warp spaces between the walls and ribs are placed throughout height of the element in which closed-cell foam based on extruded polyethylene terephthalate (PET) is used as thermal insulation cores.
