Abstract

Przegub cierny jednokierunkowy do mebli tapicerowanych zbudowany z ramienia stałego przymocowanego do elementu stałego mebla i ramienia ruchomego zamocowanego do elementu ruchomego mebla oraz zawierający rolki dociskowe umieszczone w gniazdach, podkładki i tarcze cierne, przy czym ramię ruchome zamocowane jest obrotowo względem ramienia stałego, zaś ramiona są złączone ze sobą za pomocą elementu złącznego, który oddziałuje na co najmniej jedną sprężynę dociskową umieszczoną pomiędzy elementem złącznym i ramieniem przegubu, charakteryzuje się tym, że posiada zębatkę (5) umieszczoną w otworze (15) ramienia ruchomego (2) osadzoną na trzpieniu (3) nieruchomo względem trzpienia (3), na którym również nieruchomo osadzona jest co najmniej jedna podkładka, natomiast gniazda (14), w których umieszczone są rolki blokujące (6) stanowią przestrzenie ograniczone bokami zębów zębatki (5), bieżnią (13) w zębatce (5) i odcinkami powierzchni otworu (15) ramienia ruchomego (2), zaś przylegające do siebie swymi powierzchniami: podkładka i tarcza cierna tworzą zespół cierny współpracujący z powierzchnią ramienia stałego (1).
